At the Appeal Court hearing today, Mba Ukweni, SAN was conspicuously absent from the court, as Barr. Baba Isa made his appearance as lead counsel for the appellant, (Sen. Sandy Onor) a clear confirmation that Mba Ukweni, SAN may have been sidelined from the legal team.
